“No one comes to you without giving you a lesson”

Think about it. Every person you meet, every situation you encounter, has the potential to teach you something. Perhaps a stranger’s kindness inspires you to pay it forward with a random act of generosity. Even those awkward moments can be valuable lessons — maybe you learn the importance of clear communication or the power of a good laugh at yourself.

Remember that scene in “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” where Arthur Dent needs the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything? The answer, hilariously, turns out to be 42. But the point is, the meaning isn’t readily apparent. We have to search for it, to learn from our experiences and find the answers within ourselves.
